The IKOSA Platform generates quantitative results data in a CSV format, since CSV files offer more flexibility than conventional XLS file formats. These files can be later transferred to different spreadsheet programs like Excel. Yet, before you can perform actual calculations on them, you need to convert CSV files into formats native to the spreadsheet program.

What to expect from this page?

Open a blank Excel workbook
Click the "Data" field in the top menu bar
Select "Get External Data > From Text"
Choose the file you want to import and click "Import"
In the Step 1 window that shows up select the option "Delimited" for the original data type, and check the box "My data has headers", then click "Next"
-->In Step 2 choose "Comma" as the delimiter (separator) type -->
Click on "Finish", then "OK" to insert the data into the workbook
Check if your decimal data has been imported correctly
