📑 Enable Legacy Text Import in MS Excel
Open a blank Excel workbook
Click on “File > Options” and open the Excel Options dialog
Find the section “Data” and in the field “Show legacy data import wizards”, enable “From Text (Legacy)”

📑 Import CSV files using the Legacy Text Import
Open a blank Excel workbook
Click the "Data" field in the top menu bar
Select "Get Data > Legacy Wizards > From Text (Legacy)"
Choose the CSV file you want to import and click “Import”
In the Step 1 window that shows up, select the option "Delimited" for the original data type, and tick the box "My data has headers", then click "Next"
Choose "Comma" as the delimiter (separator) type in Step 2
Click "Finish" and then "OK" to insert the data into the workbook
Check if your decimal data has been imported correctly
